Bad Beat Jackpot : $500

Quad eights (or better) beaten by a better hand.
Both players must have to use both of their hole cards to make the best five-card hand (you can't make a straight flush in which you use only a single card from your hand), and you must have a pocket pair to make quads.
The payout is divided as follows:
• 50% of the jackpot total is received by the player who LOST the bad beat hand.
• 25% of the jackpot total is received by the player who WON the bad beat hand.
• 25% of the jackpot total remains in the pot for the next jackpot.

If no one wins the jackpot for the month, the qualifying quads goes down to one hand lower than the previous quad.
Eg. Quad Eights down to Quad Seven, Quad Seven to Quad Sixes, Quad Sixes to Quad Fives....
After Quad Deuces, the qualifying quads will start back to Quad Eights and repeat the process.
When a player wins the Bad Beat Jackpot with any Quads lower than Quad Eights, the next qualifying Quads resumes back to Quad Eights for the next Jackpot.

1. In order to qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot, a player must beat Quad eights (8’s) or better. If the winning OR losing player has made four-of-a-kind,
the player(s) must have a pocket pair to qualify.
2. Both the winning and losing hand must use both of their “hole” cards to create the highest possible hand.
3. For the Bad Beat Jackpot to qualify, the hand has to go to the river and MUST go to showdown.
4. All cards must be dealt, all betting must be completed and all hands MUST be tabled.
5. In the case of a Straight Flush or a Royal Flush being used as a qualifying hand, both hole cards must be used to make the best five-card hand possible.
6. If there is any evidence of collusion, the hand will be disqualified. Collusion includes, but is not limited to, any type of communication amongst players
indicating the possession of a jackpot hand or a draw to a jackpot hand.
7. Any player exposing their cards before action is complete will disqualify the jackpot hand.
8. There will be no recourse if a player’s cards are mucked before surveillance is able to verify hands.
9. If inspection of the deck fails, the hand will not qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot.
10. In the rare event of a Bad Beat Jackpot being hit on more than one game at the same time, both tables will split the Jackpot.
11. The Bad Beat Jackpot will remain pending until it is verified. If the jackpot is hit again before verification of the first jackpot, the second jackpot will be
eligible for the secondary jackpot fund less 10% set aside to supply the seed for the subsequent Bad Beat Jackpot fund. If it has been found that the initial
Bad Beat Jackpot hand did not qualify, the second jackpot will be entitled to the main fund once verification is complete.
12. Prizes are non-transferable.
13. Decisions of Thatz Poker Circuit are final and without recourse.
